USP&E Construction Earns $1.96 Million Data Center Build-Out Contract 05/15/2009

USP&E is pleased to announce the award of a contract to modify and expand an existing data center, adding 2000kVA UPS, 2500kW Generators, 240 tons CRAC, 1400kVA PDU, and 1600A ATS, with all associated labor, material, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and testing.

USP&E Sells Tooling Rigs 03/19/2009

USP&E was selected to provide tooling equipment for use with Rolls-Royce units for a client in West Africa. Tooling supplied includes a drill press, lathe, hydraulic press, jib crane, pallet truck, pressure washer, valve seat grinding machine, valve seat lathe, spindle valve grinding machine, liner honing machine, honing rig, and fuel valve test rig.

USP&E Welcomes Power Plant Managers 03/02/2009

USP&E announces the hire of mechanical power plant managers Ron Jones and Nick Ramsden. These gentlemen are two of the industry’s leading international mechanical maintenance and service managers, and will manage our rebuilds on CAT, Cummins, Wartsilla, and large slow-speed power plants.


Messrs Jones and Ramsden will be in the USA in April to meet with clients. Introductions to European and African clients can be arranged in May and June.
